Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by One Up TCG within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any returns sent back in other than sent condition will be subject to a deduction from the refund amount, up to and including: Shipping costs, replacement costs, repair costs.

Refunds Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Reject Policy We reserve the right to reject any and all orders and buylist orders on our discretion. We may do this for a number of reasons, and may or may not disclose this information.  

Your Privacy One Up TCG is committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process orders and to provide support and upgrades for our products. Please read on for more details about our privacy policy.

What information do we collect? How do we use it? When you order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. When you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. You agree to be added to our mailing list for future promotions and deals. When you order through our website, you are opting in to receive newsletters about promotions, coupons, and important company announcements. 

How does One Up TCG protect customer information? We use a Secure Server for collecting personal and credit card information. The secure server layer (SSL) encrypts (scrambles) all of the information you enter before it is transmitted over the Internet and sent to us. Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access.

What about "cookies"? "Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We do not use cookies to collect or store any information about visitors or customers.

Will One Up TCG disclose the information it collects to outside parties? One Up TCG does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to companies not affiliated with One Up TCG. One Up TCG may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

One Up TCG may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of One Up TCG, our users, or others.

Grading Scale for our cards:

Near Mint - Cards in Near Mint condition show minimal to no wear from shuffling, play or handling and should have an unmarked surface, crisp corners, and unblemished edges outside of minimal handling. Cards in Near Mint condition look fresh out of the pack, and edges and surface should be free from nearly all flaws.

Lightly Played - Cards in Lightly Played condition may have minor border or corner wear, or even just slight scuffs or scratches. There are no major defects, and there are three or less flaws in the card. Foils in Lightly Played condition may also have slight fading or signs of wear on the front of the card.

Moderately Played - Cards in Moderately Played condition show moderate wear, or flaws visible to the naked eye. Cards in Moderately Played condition may have moderate border wear, mild corner wear, water damage, scratching or scuffing, creases or whitening, minor dirt buildup, or any combination of mild examples of these defects.

Heavily Played - Cards in Heavily Played condition show a severe amount of wear. Heavily Played condition can include cards that have major creasing, folding, heavy water damage, heavy whitening, heavy border wear, or tearing.

Damaged - Cards in Damaged condition can exhibit a tear, bend, or crease that may make the card illegal for tournament play, even in a sleeve. Cards in Damaged condition may have extreme border wear, have been written on or major inking (white-bordered cards that are markered on front to look black-bordered), extreme corner wear, heavy scratching or scuffing, folds, creases or tears.
